Lawn Fawn Mom & Me Baby Girl Card

Hello!

Today I'd like to share a card I made for a baby girl...

This card was actually requested by my sister-in-law and she asked if I could add the baby's name to the front to add a personalised touch.

I decided to use the new Mom & Me set from Lawn Fawn to create a little family scene with a sweet little baby.

First I die-cut a pink stitched rectangle using Lawn Fawn's stitched rectangles. I really wanted to add some vellum to the design to soften it a little so I used the MFT stitched scalloped rectangle to die-cut some vellum and heat embossed the baby's name in gold using Sally's ABCs.

I stamped the mother and baby fox image and then masked them to add the other fox to look like a daddy fox. I coloured the images with copic markers. I then die-cut 2 stitched circles from white cardstock and die-cut one of them with the grassy border die. I used distress inks and a blending tool to add a light colouring for the sky and then to the grassy border piece.
I then die-cut some clouds from the Spring Showers die set and added some shimmer to them using the clear wink of stella pen.

I adhered all of my pieces down onto the card base and then finished off the design with a cute bow from lil inker designs.

I decided to heat emboss a sentiment inside the card also. I used Mama Elephant's Just Hatched set for the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by, have a great day!
